Front Desk Receptionist

About Role
We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and act as the first point of contact for students and parents visiting our overseas education office.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and staff with courtesy and professionalism.
Handle walk-in inquiries and guide visitors to the appropriate counselor or department.
Maintain the reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment
Attend incoming calls and redirect them to the relevant team members
Handle basic student inquiries related to overseas education services
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups
Manage appointment scheduling for counselors
Maintain visitor logs and inquiry records
Assist with basic data entry and documentation
Coordinate with counselors, tele-callers, and backend teams for smooth operations
Assist students with initial registration and form filling
Guide students on process flow and ensure students and parents are attended to promptly and professionally

Required Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Good communication skills in English
Prior experience as a receptionist or front-office executive preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Polite, organized, and student-friendly attitude
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
