About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Global CEO of C Ahead Technologies.

This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage priorities, ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office, and handle confidential information with complete discretion.

If you excel in communication, coordination, and executive-level support — we want to meet you at our walk-in drive.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily workflow

• Coordinate high-level meetings; prepare agendas, notes & action trackers

• Handle confidential information with utmost integrity

• Serve as a primary liaison for internal leaders, clients & global stakeholders

✉️ Administrative Excellence

• Oversee emails, correspondence & priority communication

• Manage complex domestic & international travel — flights, hotels, itineraries & visas

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals & briefing documents

• Ensure alignment and communication flow across leadership teams

Strategic & Analytical Support

• Conduct research, gather insights & prepare analytical summaries

• Track key projects & initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups

• Collaborate on cross-functional assignments and strategic priorities

• Draft senior-level presentations for clients, board members & partners

Report Coordination & Executive Dashboarding

• Collect, review & analyze reports from all departments

• Consolidate insights into CEO-ready summaries and dashboards

• Highlight risks, opportunities & performance trends

• Follow up with department heads for updates, clarifications & action items

Event & Meeting Coordination

• Support company events, executive meetings & offsites

• Manage logistics, agendas & coordination for CEO-related engagements

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with executives, board members & global partners

• Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism and diplomacy

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to prepare structured presentations & analytical documents

• Familiarity with project tracking tools is an added advantage

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

• 6 – 12 years experience supporting CXO-level executives

• Experience in global or multicultural environments preferred

• Exposure to IT / Technology / Consulting industries is a plus
