Roles & Responsibilities :

- - To provide receptionist and front office duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
- Travel Bookings (International & Domestics).
- Administration & Facility Management.
- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution (transfer calls)
- Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel.
- Assisting international guest if any
- Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.
- Respond to emails and office correspondence.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail (couriers)
- Assist in resolving client’s issues and complaints.
