About the Role
We are looking for a well-presented, professional Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage the front office and ensure a smooth experience for visitors, employees, and vendors.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in front-office operations, call handling, admin coordination, and supporting day-to-day office activities.
If you carry strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude — we want to meet you at our walk-in drive.
Key Responsibilities
️ Front Office Management
- Welcome visitors, clients & vendors professionally and maintain a warm front-desk experience.
- Manage all incoming/outgoing calls and route them to the right department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Handle courier logs, incoming/outgoing mail, and meeting room scheduling.
Employee Support & Attendance
- Assist HR with daily attendance & leave updates.
- Manage visitor logs and ensure access & security protocols.
- Support internal communication, announcements, and coordination.
Administrative & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Manage inventory of stationery, pantry items, and office consumables.
- Maintain petty cash records and support finance with vendor bills.
- Assist in internal events, celebrations & senior leadership visits.
️ General Administration
- Maintain administrative files, vendor documents & employee data.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin & Finance for smooth office functioning.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Experience handling EPABX / call routing systems.
Behavioural Strengths
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment.
Eligibility
- 4 – 8 years of experience in reception, front office, or administrative roles.
- Graduate from any discipline (diploma in administration preferred).
