About the Role We're looking for an  Accounts Receivable Specialist  to manage invoicing, collections, and receivables tracking to ensure strong financial discipline and timely cash inflows.
This role will work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure that invoices are issued accurately, collections are tracked, and customer accounts remain up to date.
The ideal candidate is  organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing customer accounts and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities  Generate and issue  customer invoices and credit notes
Track and monitor  accounts receivable aging and outstanding balances
Follow up with customers to ensure  timely collections
Perform  customer account reconciliations  and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate  receivable ledgers and documentation
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure  billing accuracy
Monitor  payment receipts and allocate them correctly in the accounting system
Prepare  AR aging reports and collection status updates
Support  month-end closing activities and revenue reconciliation
Ensure proper documentation for  audit and compliance purposes
What We're Looking For  2–5 years of experience in  accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations
Strong understanding of  basic accounting principles
Experience working with  accounting software or ERP systems
Good proficiency in  Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage  customer communication and payment follow-ups
Good to Have  Experience working in a  startup or high-growth environment
Familiarity with  GST invoicing and compliance
Experience using  ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, or Netsuite
