Job Description :
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain and update books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
Review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Oversee vendor invoices, payments, and credit notes.
Monitor customer invoicing, collections, and ageing reports.
Ensure timely adjustments and reconciliation of balances.

3. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconcile vendor, customer, and intercompany accounts.

4. Statutory Compliance
Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations).
Assist with TDS calculations, payments, and return filing.
Support statutory and internal audits.

5. Month-End & Year-End Closing
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and schedules

6. Financial Analysis & Reporting
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Analyze variances, trends, and provide insights to management.
GST compliances, TDS
Direct & Indirect Tax

Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with Tally,
Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Exposure to audit processes.
