Responsibilities

Post and process journal, payment, receipt and contra entries to ensure all business

transactions are recorded

Update and issue invoices and E way Bill.

Should have complete Import Knowledge(Import booking in tally, Remittances, BOE

submission etc.)

Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial

statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and

immediately available when needed

Prepare and submit monthly statutory reports (like TDS, GST etc)

Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

Assist with other accounting projects

Maintain proper Filing of documents

Follow up with various parties via calls and Emails.

Handle Auditors query

Maintain Petty Cash and Vouchers clearance.

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelors degree preferred.

3+ years of experience into Accounts.

Proficiency in accounting software - Tally ERP.
