Role

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Mumbai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements and budgets, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and performing account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts and reports in Tally.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoicing, payroll.
Support tax compliance activities, including preparation and sharing of data for GST, TDS, and statutory filings with the CA.
Maintain and update financial records, schedules, and reconciliations on a regular basis. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Use MS-Excel     for data management, reconciliations, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
Minimum 2-3 years work experience. Experience in handling company accounts or working with the manufacturing  sector preferred.
Proficiency in Tally,  MS Excel and other financial reporting tools.
Knowledge of taxation, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements in India.
