International Account Executive

Position Summary:

The incumbent will ensure Handling end-to-end accounting, financial statement finalization, IFRS / IND AS compliance, audit coordination, MIS reporting, AR/AP management, balance sheet reconciliations, and multi-currency accounting while ensuring accurate financial records and business support

Key Responsibilities:

Lead monthly, quarterly & annual finalization of accounts
Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Financial Statements (IFRS / IND AS)
Oversee international accounting and ensure compliance with local GAAP
Handle multi-currency accounting and INR conversion
Manage Deferred Revenue & Cost accounting
Coordinate with statutory & internal auditors for audit finalization
Prepare monthly MIS reports for international geographies
Oversee Accounts Receivable, including reconciliations and collection follow-ups to ensure timely recoveries.
Oversee Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate processing and timely partner payments.
Manage General Ledger & balance sheet reconciliations
Assist business teams in financial review & contract finalization
Maintain strong interaction with international customers & partners

Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in international accounting

Experience with IFRS / IND AS reporting and multi-currency accounting, including consolidation and currency conversion.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audit processes, and core accounting functions including AP, AR, General Ledger, balance sheet preparation, deferred revenue, and cost accounting.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle / SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams and time zones.
High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and effective organizational skills.
