We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in Sage 50 (UK version) to manage accounting for UK-based companies.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of UK accounting standards, VAT, and reconciliations, and be confident handling accounts independently — from transaction entry to basic financial reporting.
This is a key role within our growing outsourcing team, supporting established UK businesses.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end bookkeeping in Sage 50 (UK)
Record sales, purchases, expenses, invoices & payments
Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable
Bank and supplier reconciliations
Post journals (accruals, prepayments, adjustments)
Assist with Trial Balance, P&L & Balance Sheet
Support UK VAT workings
Requirements
2–3+ years’ experience in Sage 50 (UK version)
Strong understanding of UK accounting & VAT
Experience handling bookkeeping independently
Good English communication skills
High attention to detail
