Site Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting activities at the site
Record site expenses and ensure timely reporting to the head office
Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records of cash flow
Process invoices, verify bills, and coordinate with vendors
Prepare site-level financial reports, including expense tracking and budget variance
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Assist with audits and ensure timely submission of required documents
Coordinate with the central finance team for reconciliation and reporting
Candidate Profile
B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in site-level accounting, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities at the site
