Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial tasks. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally, accounting principles, invoice preparation, and bank coordination.

Job Profile:
Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting with accuracy & efficiency
Manage company bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
Process and record vouchers, receipts and bills in a timely and efficient manner.
Process payment through Cheque, RTGS, NEFT.
Preparing e-invoicing (local & export)
Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documents.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support informed decision making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven 2-3 years of working experience in accounting field.
Prior working experience in jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in account software (Tally.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
