3 years (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable required)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Associate with strong knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The candidate must have hands-on experience working in SAP S/4

HANA and should be comfortable managing daily and monthly accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable – verify vendor bills, process postings, and maintain compliance.

• Manage Accounts Receivable – reconciliations, entries, and timely updating in SAP.

• Prepare and update monthly intercompany loan calculations and reconciliations.

• Support US Sales Tax reporting and documentation.

• Create monthly revenue reports, reconcile settlement reports with bank statements, and prepare SAP upload files.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in AP & AR.

• Mandatory knowledge of SAP S/4

HANA.

• Good analytical skills and accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
