Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Boomlet Media is a fast-growing digital and influencer marketing agency working with leading brands across industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team and support our operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledgers.
Handle accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client accounts.
Oversee GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Support payroll processing and maintain employee reimbursement records.
Prepare and maintain  MIS reports  including revenue dashboards, expense tracking, project profitability, outstanding payments, and monthly financial summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams to track budgets, expenses, and project-wise financials.
Assist in audits and ensure all financial documents are maintained as per compliance standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CA Inter is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in an agency or service-based environment).
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Quick Books, etc.).
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS formatting).
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
