Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Professionals to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires hands-on experience with accounting software, taxation compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, quotations, and supporting documentation
- Handle sales and purchase accounting entries using Tally / SAP
- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS, including calculations, filings, and reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliations, cash management, and petty cash handling
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, Balance Sheet, and P&L
- Monitor vendor payments and follow up on receivables
- Maintain accurate statutory records and financial documentation
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required information
- Coordinate with management, auditors, consultants, and Head Office Accounts teams
- Assist with payroll accounting and statutory deductions, where applicable
⭐ Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime / SAP
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in billing, real estate accounting, or office administration is an advantage
- GST or Taxation certification will be an added benefit
- Immediate joiners preferred
