Account Executive

Tajore by Nohm Apparels LLP is a fast-growing premium ethnic wear & bridal couture brand based in Mumbai.

We operate across retail, bridal studio sales, and e-commerce, with a strong focus on process discipline, compliance, and scalable systems.

We are looking for a high-ownership Accountant / Accounts Executive who understands real business accounting, not just data entry.

Role Summary

As an Accountant / Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, GST compliance, reconciliations, stock accounting, and financial discipline across retail, bridal, and online channels.

This role is NOT for freelancers or part-time mindsets.

We are looking for someone who treats accounts as the backbone of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally (Prime/ERP)
- Handle GST compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation with 2B
- Sales, purchase & expense bookkeeping (Retail + E-commerce + Bridal)
- Bank, cash & credit card reconciliation
- Stock accounting & valuation (ethnic wear, bridal inventory)
- TDS, vendor payments & statutory compliance
- Coordinate with CA, auditors & internal teams
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, and reports for management
- Ensure clean year-end closing & audit readiness
- Maintain data accuracy, discipline & documentation

Experience & Qualifications

- 2–6 years experience in Accounts / Finance
- Hands-on expertise in Tally + GST (mandatory)
- Experience in retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred

- B.Com / M.Com (MBA Finance is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail & process orientation
