Security Officer - Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.;
Control access to buildings and restricted areas by verifying identification, processing badges and/or credentials, managing visitor check-in and check-out, and coordinating escorts as required.;
Monitor access control points, cameras, alarms, and/or communications systems; document entries, exits, deliveries, and unusual activity in logs and reports per site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, assisting with evacuation and/or shelter procedures, and supporting arriving responders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including exterior perimeter and interior spaces, checking doors, gates, and controlled entry points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
