Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with reporting and documentation per site guidelines.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout facilities, parking areas, and perimeter points, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and deliveries, verifying identification and/or authorization and directing individuals to the proper check-in process.;
Observe for unusual activity and potential policy violations, communicate concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership, and help to deter unauthorized access.
