Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Summary The Recruiter supports the company’s overall hiring objectives. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, professional discernment, and attention to detail. Working across multiple departments, the Recruiter helps identify and meet hiring strategies. Reports to the Corporate Recruiting Manager.

What You Will Do
- Promote job openings on social media platforms and the Applicant Tracking System to maximize visibility and streamline candidate interaction.
- Post job openings on the Karman website, classified ad sites, technical schools, and college job boards.
- Coordinate the hiring process phases:
- Review resumes and candidate information.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
- Conduct phone and onsite interviews.
- Coordinate onsite interview logistics with internal personnel.
- Maintain the recruiting database of candidates, job descriptions, offer letters, and non‑selection letters.
- Present and negotiate written offers or non‑selection letters.
- Request and communicate input from department managers on candidate fit, interview feedback, skills assessment, and compensation packages.
- Collaborate with leadership on offer decisions, internal hiring approvals, and negotiate candidate offers on behalf of the company.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation as needed.
- Participate in recruiting events and job fairs.
- Work with the Corporate Recruiting Manager to identify new resource needs and implement process improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- Required education:
Associate’s Degree in a related field. - Preferred education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field. - Experience in operations‑focused in‑house recruiting.
- Proactive self‑starter with strong time management, excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Experience posting and managing content on social media platforms.
- Recruiting and candidate interview experience a plus, including ATS platforms.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in various computer applications.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
