• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Train, motivate and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess individual and team performance
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Prepare reports on sales results, market trends, and team performance for senior management

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Muharraq region
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long‑lasting relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
