A leading retail company in Mthatha seeks a General Assistant for in-store customer service, merchandising, and ensuring safety compliance. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring merchandise is displayed correctly. Candidates should have a minimum of Grade 10 or Grade 12, communicate in English and the local language, possess a valid South African  work permit, and be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
