As a Phlebotomy Lead at Ampath, you will be at the heart of our Care Centre operations - guiding a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a workplace where people thrive, processes run smoothly, and quality is never compromised.
Responsibilities- Lead a team in the Care Centre to deliver exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
- Relevant HPCSA qualification or a recognised Phlebotomy or Nursing qualification, with active registration with the HPCSA or SANC.

B. - At least three years of hands-on experience in phlebotomy or a similar role within a pathology setting.
- Computer systems proficiency (MS Outlook, Windows, Excel).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Numerical reasoning; business/financial acumen and familiarity with Meditech and relevant employment legislation are pluses.
- Passion for developing people and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
