The Coach Operator is responsible for following safety protocol, adhering to schedules, and transporting corporate employees between pre-determined stops on assigned routes.

• Exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Accurately complete vehicle safety checks and escalate any issues
• Compliance with all traffic laws, and federal and state transit regulations
• Interact with customers, central dispatch team and managers in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and support to riders, including answering questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays
• Promptly report vehicle maintenance, road and route concerns, accidents, and other traffic disruptions using two-way radios or hands-free devices
• Additional duties and responsibilities may apply

• Use route navigation apps and other technology; knowledge of the area to pick up and drop off customers
• Maintain electronic logs to track routes and incidents
• Ability to safely operate and drive without a break for a minimum period of one hour and forty-five minutes
• Ability to drive in fluctuating weather and terrain
• Flexible schedule to work outside regular days and shifts
• Comfortable working a split shift schedule
• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading and unloading ADA passengers

Hard Requirements:

• Commercial driver’s license (A or
  
  B)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check

Preferred Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 1 year of driving experience
