The Sports Coordinator enhances the i9 Sports Experience by building relationships with players, parents, and coaches and delivering instructional quality during practices and games for all age groups.

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

• Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge
• Highly motivated self‑starter; can work independently and solve problems
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
• Positive attitude and strong professional relationship building skills
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and evenings during the season (~7 weeks)

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Each franchised location is independently owned and operated and is solely responsible for determining local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
