None โ We prefer to train you from scratch!
- Operate and control advanced robots using VR headsets and haptic gloves
- Sit comfortably while performing various tasks in VR (the robot mimics your motions)
- Collect and label high-quality manipulation data for research purposes
- Data collection with VR headsets also includes physical exertion typically involving squatting, repetitive sitting and standing poses, lifting objects, and physical movements for the majority of the shift.
- Change a 27 lb robot battery every hour and transport it ~50 ft
- Reset robot work spaces between operator sessions
- Follow task quotas and maintain performance standards
- Comfortable using Virtual Reality (VR) โ experience with VR games or systems is ideal
- Able to sit for long periods and stay focused in VR throughout the night shift
- Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Detail-oriented and able to follow written and video instructions
- Comfortable working hands-on with robotics equipment
- Punctual, reliable, and task-focused
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (we are E-Verified for OPT, H1B, and student visas)
Required:
- Interest or background in tech, gaming, or computers
- Background or have done VR is required
- No previous work experience โ weโll train you the RA way

About the Role:
Youโll join Relentless Adrenaline (RA) as a Teleoperator supporting an exciting robotics project in partnership with one of our clients. Our team works at the forefront of robotics and AI
, helping build data for next-gen manipulation tasks.
Once onboarded you will need to complete around 24-40 hours of training onsite M-F between the hours of 6am-10pm.

- Use VR to control robots in both local and remote environments
- Data collection with VR headsets also includes physical exertion typically involving squatting, repetitive sitting and standing poses, lifting objects, and physical movements for the majority of the shift.
- Execute manipulation tasks for clean, high-quality dataset creation
- Label, organize, and upload data to client systems
- Track software/hardware changes between sessions
- Troubleshoot and report issues with the robot hardware/software
- Perform basic maintenance tasks like battery swap and calibration
- Read, update, and follow documentation
