Own multi‑cloud provisioning, upgrading, and reliability of the core platform

Automate everything via infrastructure as code and Git Ops

Ship fully automated deployments across regions

Standardize developer experience across areas such as tooling and CI/CD

Optimize our stack’s scalability and maintain cost‑awareness for AI workloads

Senior-level experience & ability in Platform, Dev Ops, or SRE roles with production Kubernetes across multiple clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure), not single‑cloud only.

Proficiency with Git Ops and Infrastructure as Code, including ArgoCD and either Terraform or Pulumi

Strong coding skills in Python or Type Script for platform tooling and automation.

Take a loosely defined platform challenge, write the requirements, and deliver a working solution

Audit platform, CI/CD, and dev tooling with Eng/Product; remove top blockers

Baseline key metrics (lead time, deploy freq, MTTR, cost per token); draft a Platform Playbook

Engineer efficiency up 80–90% on routine workflows; reduced LLM and infra cost
