As we support customers in more countries, we need to be able to provide high‑quality conversational audio for them. At its heart is a strong audio pipeline, from crawling to extraction, annotation, quality control and modeling. Your role in this workflow is to assist us as a native speaker in assessing audio quality, transcriptions, help with extraction, segmentation and annotation, and help solve associated problems.

Knowledge of machine learning and coding abilities is highly desired to assess our models and provide feedback on where they can be improved.

• Native speaker in Thai
• Good understanding of data (e.g., via machine learning/statistics)
• Able to communicate in English
• Machine learning knowledge is desirable
• Coding ability is desirable (Python)

Hourly compensation as contractor. With strong machine learning skills this compensation can be significantly higher.
