Executive Protection Agent

Surefox North America Inc is a veteran‑owned company that fosters a diverse and inclusive culture of highly trained professionals. We are seeking a full‑time Executive Protection Agent to work in the Bay Area, California, providing close protection for C‑level executives and their families.

Schedule
: 4 days on – 4 days off.

Base hourly rate
: $51.73.

• Develop relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Track and report on program performance, assurance, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Provide assistance to employees and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for visitors.
• Attend project meetings to assess the security implications of proposed changes.
• Work independently and adapt to various work‑pacing demands while maintaining attentiveness.
• Ensure client and family safety, safeguarding assets.
• Provide safe and secure vehicle transportation for executives and their families.
• Monitor for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to on‑site emergencies.
• Contact police or fire department as necessary.
• Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments.
• Operate motor vehicles safely and legally.
• Perform protective advance operations.
• Maintain knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest.
• Operate in a low‑profile, low‑footprint capacity.
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance.
• Follow Executive Protection Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
• Comply with Surefox policies and procedures.

• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
• Live within driving distance or be willing to relocate.
• Current BSIS guard card or eligibility to obtain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated competence in handling emergencies.
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Sound judgment and timely decision‑making ability.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass the Protective Operations Surefox Physical Agility Test (PO SPAT):
• CPR/First Aid/AED proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid U.S. passport.
• Graduate of a reputable executive protection training program.

• 5+ years of corporate or high‑net‑worth executive protection experience.
• 2+ years of security experience in a high‑threat environment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
• Work autonomously domestically and internationally.
• Advanced medical and evasive driving experience.
• Operational understanding of modern technology across platforms.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Security or law‑enforcement background.
• Military background.
• Report‑writing experience.
• Experience working with families and children in a high‑net‑worth setting.
• International experience.

• This role requires national and international deployment capability.
• Ability to respond to dynamic situations with sound judgment.
