Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Field & Event Activation Manager (Contract) to transform in-market experiences into measurable growth by leveraging events, localized programs, and customer interactions. This role requires partnering directly with Sales leadership to craft activation plans that effectively reach and engage target accounts, delivering impactful messages that convert engagement into revenue. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Demand Generation team to align on strategy while taking the lead on event logistics and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Execute field activation strategy for the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES), aligning all in-market programs with sales priorities and quarterly targets.
- Utilize direct mail campaigns and swag (e.g., through Sendoso) to penetrate target accounts and accelerate pipeline progression.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design event-specific engagement plans, ensuring follow-ups that convert participation into pipeline growth.
- Own event outcomes, ensuring lead capture and effective hand-off to sales, focusing on influenced pipeline over mere activity level.
- Analyze field performance, drawing insights to inform future campaign designs and investment decisions regionally.
- Proven experience in B2B Field Marketing or Event Marketing, particularly supporting mid-market or enterprise sales teams.
- Expertise in managing third-party agencies and vendors for executing high-quality events within budget.
- Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and direct mail platforms (e.g., Sendoso), with a strong grasp of lead flow and CRM hygiene.
- Experience in financial technology or related industries preferred, given the need to understand and communicate complex solutions to a sophisticated audience.
