Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Marketing, the Field Marketing Manager is a critical, execution-focused role responsible for driving the regional go-to-market strategy for our Enterprise business. This is a junior-level position ideal for a motivated marketer who excels at building sales relationships and creating high-impact, memorable in-person experiences that directly contribute to pipeline generation.
You will be responsible for planning and executing a calendar of field activities—including trade shows, executive dinners, regional roadshows, and third-party conferences. You will work closely with our Enterprise Sales team to ensure they are equipped to convert face-to-face interactions into business opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesField Event Execution
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of all regional field marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, and intimate executive dinners).
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinate booth design/inventory, and oversee all on-site logistics to ensure a premium, consistent brand experience.
- Travel to key events to oversee setup, manage staff, and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate directly with Enterprise Sales to identify target accounts and align all field activities with regional sales priorities.
- Maximize event ROI by providing the sales team with comprehensive pre-event briefings, clear messaging, and structured follow-up enablement.
- Gather feedback from the field to inform future marketing strategies and content needs.
Campaign Support & Demand Generation
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up campaigns.
- Rigorously track and report on key performance metrics (Leads, Meetings, Pipeline Influence) to inform and optimize marketing investment.
- Manage regional field marketing budgets, ensuring all programs are delivered on time and within scope.
- 2–4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in field marketing, event management, or sales support roles.
- Demonstrated success in complex event execution and logistics management (e.g., trade shows, conferences, VIP dinners).
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the proven ability to manage simultaneous, high-priority events in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in collaborating with sales teams and vendors.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track budgets and report on event performance.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% to support events across the region.
