Showroom Coordinator

Showroom Coordinator - $27/hr at Ferguson

Starting pay: $27/hr (plus overtime and potential bonus or incentive plan).

Hours:

Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week).

• Greet guests upon arrival and learn their motivation for the visit; develop lasting customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Communicate appointment policy optimally.
• Manage customer sign‑ins, appointment book and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid‑follow‑up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address "Thank You" cards to customers for full house selections.

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail in task‑oriented responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and eye for business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
