Adimabseeksa graduate student interntocontribute to projects aimed at generatingde novo antibody designs for experimental testinginourplatform, as well as machine learning based predictions ofdevelopability properties.
Requirements- Experience in antibody:antigen structure prediction, computational binder design, orinsilicomethods fordistinguishingnativeprotein:protein interfaces,demonstrated through thesis work, presentations, preprints, or publications.
- Hands-on experience with Alpha Fold,Protein
MPNN, and similar tools; proficient in Python,Tensorflow, and PyTorch. - The ideal candidate has passed their PhD qualifiers and is 3-4 years into the program.
- Generatede novoantibody designs using applicable computational methods.
- Work with experimental groups to test predictions and use their feedback to refine the design process.
- Fully on-site with our Computational Biology grouplocatedin Mountain View, California.
- Start date in Spring/Summer 2025forapproximately 12-16weeks.

Hourly Rate: $35 hourly
