Adimabseeksa graduate student interntocontribute to projectsaimed at generatingde novo antibody designs for experimental testinginourplatform, as well as machine learning based predictions ofdevelopability properties.

• Experience inantibody:antigenstructure prediction, computational binder design, orinsilicomethods fordistinguishingnativeprotein:proteininterfaces,demonstrated through thesis work, presentations, preprints, or publications.
• Hands-on experience with Alpha Fold,Protein
  
  MPNN, and similar tools; proficient in Python,Tensorflow, and PyTorch.
• The ideal candidate has passed their PhD qualifiers and is 3-4 years into the program.

• Generatede novoantibody designs using applicable computational methods.
• Work with experimental groups to test predictions and use their feedback to refine the design process.

• Fully on-site with our Computational Biology grouplocatedin Mountain View, California.
• Start date in Spring/Summer 2025forapproximately 12-16weeks.
