Overview

A client with Kforce is seeking a Content Amplification Manager in Mountain View, CA to join their team.

The Content Amplification Manager is responsible for increasing the reach and impact of Quick Books content, connecting with target audiences across multiple platforms. A key role in our content marketing function, the Content Amplification Manager's work helps build brand awareness, support SEO and GEO performance and our demand generation strategies.

You will work closely with the content marketing and performance communications team, external media agencies, and internal stakeholders to amplify content created for small business and enterprise owners and align efforts with Quick Books' branding, product positioning, and lead generation goals. Your role will include optimizing amplification strategies, managing campaigns across paid channels, driving engagement through content distribution, and analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Additional duties include leveraging SEO and social amplification best practices to boost visibility, managing agency partnerships, and aligning amplification plans with large-scale campaigns, seasonal moments, and evolving audience needs.

Core Responsibilities
  • Amplification Strategy and Campaign Management:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive content amplification strategy that extends the reach of Quick Books' content across owned, paid, and third-party channels, including partner networks
  • Collaborate with paid media agencies to optimize distribution efforts, ensuring campaigns are delivered and adapted for performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a content marketing, digital advertising, or amplification role
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors, or partnerships for media efforts
  • Strong understanding of current trends in content marketing, SEO, and amplification strategies
  • Knowledge of paid media campaigns and amplification strategies across platforms (Google Ads, social networks, display networks, etc.)
  • Proven track record managing and scaling content amplification efforts, ideally in digital or B2B environments
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on interpreting data to optimize strategies and improve ROI
  • Strong partnership-building skills, with extensive experience working cross-functionally with content, paid media, social, and influencer teams
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in providing clear content briefs, feedback, and updates to teams and vendors
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing hypotheses for content experimentation, testing distribution strategies, and optimizing campaigns based on analytics insights
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and drive collaboration across teams to meet common goals
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Increase amplification impressions across owned, paid, and third-party channels
  • Improve program performance, including traffic volume and quality, and content engagement
  • Boost visibility (organic and paid) for core content topics aligned with Quick Books priorities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
