Your Role

Sr. Director, Partner and Field Marketing will develop and drive the strategy for partner and field marketing for the NALA/EMEA region. This includes developing partner strategies for field and event marketing, including technology partners, ISVs, SIs, and agencies. You will align partner marketing strategy with the GTM goals and collaborate with Sales, Partner, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver joint go-to-market plans and investment alignment.

You will lead the global events marketing team, bring partner strategy, spend, and alignment to the forefront, collaborate with Product Marketing on better-together narratives, and manage a team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven marketer with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS, field and event marketing, and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to bring compelling partner-focused marketing initiatives to life.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Marketing Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive partner product marketing strategy, aligning with Treasure Data and partner business goals and revenue objectives. Collaborate with sales leadership, campaign teams, and product marketing to design and launch impactful programs with cloud service providers like AWS and key resellers.
  • Go-To-Market Execution:
    Lead go-to-market plans with sales, product, and partner teams; ensure product launches and joint GTM initiatives are successful and partners have tools and knowledge to drive adoption.
  • Partner Enablement:
    Create and deliver partner playbooks, joint case studies, and other marketing assets to drive deeper partner engagement; foster co-selling, opportunity discovery, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Partner Communications:
    Establish and manage communication channels to keep partners informed, engaged, and motivated; drive campaigns that foster strong relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive partner success and product adoption; coordinate with the Partner team on sponsor ships for Agentic World.
  • Tactical Marketing Planning & Execution:
    Produce joint plans with activities like events, webinars, emails, blogs, thought leadership, and case studies; leverage cross-functional resources to drive execution.
  • Performance Metrics:
    Define, track, and report on KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness; use data-driven insights to improve efforts.
Job Requirements
  • Experience:

    15+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing or partner marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience with customer data platforms, AI, or related solutions is a plus.
  • Expertise:
    Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and partner ecosystems; proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies with partners.
  • Leadership:
    Strong leadership skills to inspire and align cross-functional teams and manage projects.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and create high-impact marketing collateral.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize partner marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration:

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Physical Requirements

In accordance with our “Global Hybrid Working Policy,” this individual will work out of the Mountain View office with the following weekly schedule:

  • One day a week in the Mountain View office
  • One day a week in the AWS office, with a dedicated space saved for this hire
