• Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievement.
• Drive customer growth by delivering a positive customer experience and achieving customer business/marketing goals.
• Own the full cycle business process by driving customer outreach, pitches, solution implementation, and performance evaluation.
• Engage, support, and build relationships with customers and partner with the internal Small to Medium‑Sized Business (SMB) Account Manager team to pitch and accelerate business growth, and coach teammates to expand customer‑growth skills.
• Manage executive‑level engagement, questioning, objection handling, and strengthen executive‑level relationships through key meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing.
• Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels (e.g., telephone, email, in‑person meetings) to prospects.

• Experience in sales in a technology, advertising, media sales, or internet environment.
• Experience with Google Ads and You Tube account management, managing advertising or media campaigns.
• Experience in media across a variety of platforms (e.g., TV, radio, print, sponsorship).
• Experience influencing advertisers, agencies, and clients, including executive‑level stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously, with the ability to multitask and apply business techniques, including effective questioning and objection handling.
• Ability to succeed in a changing environment, with excellent creative thinking and problem‑solving skills.

US base salary range for this full‑time position is $117,000–$168,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation details vary by role, level, and location. The recruiter can provide specific salary range for your preferred location.
