Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing sophisticated microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for aerospace, defense, and communications. Our products support critical missions across global markets, including aviation, radar, Satcom, space, and electronic warfare. If you're skilled in precision assembly and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
What you'll do- Assemble and modify developmental or prototype electronic and electro‑mechanical units
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and process sheets
- Install components such as switches, coils, transformers, relays, and semiconductor circuits
- Route and attach wires and connectors to form circuitry and connect assemblies to power sources
- Perform precision soldering, epoxy, and other assembly tasks under a microscope
- Test and calibrate units to verify performance and specifications
- Repair defective units and perform rework as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (required)
- Skilled in soldering and assembly techniques (required)
- Familiarity with electronic components and circuits (required)
- Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 standards (advantage)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (advantage)
- J-STD or IPC certification (advantage)
- High school diploma and vocational or technical training (required)
- Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)

Salary Range$61,600.00 – $82,100.00
