• Drive Program Strategy & Execution: Explore concepts or business problems and translate them into rigorous project charters. Define “what, why, and how,” manage the timeline, and ensure the team finishes the process.
• Navigate Ambiguity: When a chaotic situation arises, identify missing pieceszeichnung create structure where there was none.
• Connect the Dots: Serve as the glue between the People team and the budgeting business. Ensure stakeholders are aligned, risks are flagged early, and no silos are formed.
• Master Change Management: Design communication plans, messaging, and adoption strategies to ensure our distributed workforce embraces changes.
• Continuously Improve: Maintain a continuous‑improvement mindset while delivering programs and projects.
• Force Multiply: Remove blockers, streamline processes, and make meetings decisive and actionable.

• Proven Program Fluency: 4+ years managing complex programs in a high‑growth environment, consulting firm, or large organization.
• High Agency & Accountability: Drive projects without needing reminders; find ways to get unstuck.
• Communication Range: Synthesize complex data into clear narratives; provide written and verbal communication to employees.
• Tech & Data Savviness: Comfortable with project‑management tools (, Jira) and using data to inform decisions. Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse) is a bonus.
• Impact Mindset: Excited by variety and opportunity forвадктом; dive into Talent Management, Culture initiatives based on business needs.

This is an in‑person position; must work at our on‑site office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at a minimum. Possible locations:
Mountain View, CA;
San Francisco, CA;
Pittsburgh, PA.

Base salary: $100,000 – $162,000 per year, with variation based on role, level, and location. Eligible for annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
