Overview
Technology Transactions Midlevel Associate. Our client is a top Am law firm seeking a mid-level associate for its world-known technology transactions practice in San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, or New York. The salary for this position is between $260k to $390k.
Qualifications- 3+ years of substantial experience in IP and contract law, including complex commercial, technology transactions and IP licensing.
- Additional experience advising on intellectual property/commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions.
- Excellent academic credentials are required.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or eligibility to become admitted to prepared to sit for bar exam.
- Strong communication and client-interfacing skills; team focused.
