Data Analyst; AI & Business Intelligence

This role is part of a global support team providing IT help desk services to internal employees. As a Data Analyst, you will contribute to ensuring high data quality for dashboards and reports, enabling service delivery teams to make data-driven decisions. You will leverage AI/ML technologies within a centralized reporting platform to track operational performance and drive continuous service improvements.

• Maintain and update documentation for the Digital Nervous System (DNS) reporting platform.
• Design, build, and enhance reports and dashboards using single or multiple data sources.
• Create solutions to get, store, and visualize data from new sources.
• Build AI/ML solutions using Azure and Microsoft Fabric to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies for problem management.
• Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Improve dashboard usability and interactivity based on end-user feedback.
• Deliver recurring training sessions to help stakeholders understand and consume metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support new reporting solutions and enhancements.

Microsoft Fabric & Azure Data Services: 5+ years of hands-on experience.

Azure Machine Learning: 5+ years of experience creating no-code/low-code solutions.

Power BI: 5+ years of experience with data visualization, modeling, and DAX.

SQL & Kusto Query Language (KQL):
Working knowledge for data querying.

Data Analytics/Reporting:
Proven experience in professional reporting roles.

Service Now:
Hands-on experience with Service Now backend data and ITSM modules.

Microsoft 365:
Proficiency in Power Apps, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Certification:
Azure Data Fundamentals.

Certification:
Power BI Data Analyst Associate.

Certification:
Azure AI Fundamentals.
