Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team for a 1-year engagement. This role is pivotal to developing and enhancing internal tools that support product configuration, pricing, and promotions, which are critical to Client's go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, business systems expertise, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver foundational capabilities for scalable and efficient GTM execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Impact

* Lead monetization initiatives in alignment with Client's Big Bets and long-term goals.

* Enhance platform capabilities to accelerate go-to-market (GTM) readiness by simplifying existing workflows through low-code tools and Generative AI, enabling greater speed, flexibility, and automation in execution.

Platform Development

* Improve and maintain product and pricing platform functionalities such as:

* Price change simplification

* Product bundling innovations

* Platform consolidation efforts

* Identify and drive opportunities for system optimization, scalability, and innovation.

User & Stakeholder Engagement

* Conduct customer empathy sessions (e.g., follow-me-home) to surface pain points and define product roadmap priorities.

* Partner with cross-functional teams-across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Operations-to align on strategy, roadmap, and deliverables in a globally distributed working environment.

* Lead product requirement reviews and secure stakeholder sign-off.

Execution & Operations

* Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, with a high standard for quality, usability, and business impact

* Oversee and support testing, user readiness, documentation, and training sessions.

* Monitor day-to-day usage and serve as Product SME, addressing issues to unblock users and dev teams promptly.

Cross-Functional Leadership

* Act as a liaison between geographically distributed teams, including platform, business, and operations stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination across time zones.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years in Product Management

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field

* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones, maintaining strong alignment and timely execution.

* Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

* Exceptional communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

* Demonstrated customer empathy and experience with user-centric design

Preferred Tools & Domain Experience

* Background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), commerce systems, or product catalog tools

* Familiarity with tools such as:

* Figma, Jira, Google Workspace

* Smartsheet, Product Plan, LeanIX (or equivalents)
