We're looking for a Senior Manager, Partner & AI Ecosystem Communications who's passionate about storytelling, collaboration, and the power of partnership. In this role, you'll lead how Elastic shows up across our broader partner ecosystem: building narratives with hyperscaler, channel, and strategic partners that demonstrate our shared impact on customers and the industry.

You'll be the communications partner to Elastic's Global Vice President, Partner Sales, as well as the Senior Director of Partner Marketing, shaping the communications strategy and bringing it to life through content, media, and events that amplify Elastic's role in a fast-growing ecosystem.

• Build and drive Elastic's partner communications strategy - connecting our innovations in search, AI, observability, and security with the value we create alongside partners.
• Partner with teams across Partner, Product, Marketing, and Corporate Communications to craft cohesive stories that highlight Elastic's impact.
• Work closely with hyperscaler, channel, and strategic partners to coordinate launches, announcements, and joint storytelling moments.
• Develop integrated programs across earned, owned, and shared channels - from press releases and blogs to podcasts, social posts, and event content.
• Identify proactive media and speaking opportunities that elevate Elastic's visibility through its partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with our Social and Editorial teams to turn partner achievements into engaging, multi-format stories.
• Manage agency partners and budgets to deliver high-impact results.
• Measure and report on progress, continuously refining the strategy to grow awareness, trust, and engagement.

• 8+ years of experience in communications or PR for enterprise technology, AI, or cloud companies.
• A strong track record leading partner communications or ecosystem storytelling.
• Ability to translate the value of Elastic's partner relationships into compelling stories that resonate across technical and executive audiences.
• Excellent writing and editing skills: you love shaping stories that inspire and inform.
• Strong relationship-building skills with partner, marketing, and media stakeholders.
• Experience working across global teams and managing multiple priorities with creativity and composure.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.
