As Commercial Counsel, Procurement, you’ll lead complex, high-value negotiations and partner closely with technical, finance, and operations teams to enable rapid growth while managing legal risk.

This role is ideal for a hands-on commercial lawyer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure where little exists.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.

• Support procurement efforts related to technology, infrastructure, capital equipment, and services.

• Partner closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and operations teams to align contractual terms with business and technical objectives.

• Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and workflows to enable efficient, scalable contracting.

• Help implement and optimize contracting systems and processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.

• Strong experience in commercial contracting with a focus on procurement and data centers.

• 5–10 years of legal experience, ideally combining top-tier law firm training with in-house experience at a technology company.

• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.

• Background at high-growth startups or scaling technology companies.
