Product Marketing managers work closely with customers, product and field account teams, third‑party analysts, press, and many others to synthesize multiple diverse perspectives and “connect the dots” between customers and various AWS capabilities as we build and launch compelling new services.

Key Job Responsibilities- Partner with engineering and product management to develop portfolio‑level strategy documents that guide prioritization of AWS offerings and capabilities.
- Create positioning and messaging artifacts representing our offerings at a portfolio level.
- Analyze and synthesize first‑ and third‑party data (including driving direct data gathering from customers) to define opportunities for our offerings.
- Act as an advocate for customers within AWS—both based on direct customer work and interactions with customer‑facing teams—during product development.
- Generate content artifacts (presentations, demos, etc.) that can be leveraged broadly to educate customers on our offerings.
- Work closely with other AWS teams to ensure these value propositions are articulated broadly and clearly (e.g., re:
Invent keynote, AWS Summits, other AWS sales and marketing channels).
