Preferred qualifications:

About the job

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Paid Social Growth Marketing, you will be a critical driver of business growth for Google Ads. You will be responsible for developing and executing a paid social media strategy that amplifies our content, key decision-makers at the brands and agencies, and generates a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads for our sales teams. You will own the paid social budget and be responsible for optimizing our campaigns for maximum business impact and ROI.

You will require a data-driven and problem-solving leader with an understanding of paid social platforms, a passion for performance marketing, and ability to build and scale lead generation programs that deliver measurable results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social media strategy across key platforms, with a focus on amplifying successful content and key decision-makers.
  • Design, build, and scale a paid social lead generation engine that creates a predictable pipeline for our sales teams, with a focus on upsell and cross-promotion opportunities with existing customers.
  • Own the end-to-end management of our paid social campaigns, from budget allocation and audience aiming to creative development and performance optimization.
  • Establish a measurement framework to track the performance of our paid social programs, prove ROI, and continuously optimize for maximum business impact.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure tight alignment on lead quality, process, and business outcomes.
