Supply Chain BI Analyst; Data Centre​/Network Infra

Duration: 8 months contract

Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Intelligence Analyst to support a supply chain operations team.

• The ideal candidate will leverage strong data analysis skills to develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that drive key business decisions.

• This role involves automating data processes, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and translating complex data into actionable insights to support supply chain strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, automate, and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Consolidate data from multiple sources using SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools.

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and BI infrastructure.

• Support supply chain teams with quantitative analysis and insights for planning, procurement, and operations.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions.

• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy across reporting tools and dashboards.

• Partner with upstream data providers to integrate new data sources.

• Document and improve existing data models, reporting structures, and workflows.

• Present data-driven findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience:

• Hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or analytics roles.

• Prior experience working in supply chain operations, procurement, or planning functions.

• Proven background handling large datasets and building automated reporting systems.

• Familiarity with telecom supply chain or procurement processes is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, GSheets).

• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and dashboard development.

• Working knowledge of Big Query or similar cloud-based data warehouse solutions.

• Ability to interpret data and deliver actionable business recommendations.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
