Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support these activities. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.

Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
• Develop process maps and documentation to visualize current and future state processes.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision‑making.
• Create and present reports that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

This role is hybrid and requires being onsite at least 2 days per week with the client or as needed.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Analysis is required.
• HS Diploma/ GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
