IT Project Manager

Payrate: $58.00 - $60.00/hr.

The main function of an IT project/program manager is plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

• Provide technical guidance about Company SDKs, capable of understanding and reviewing technical integrations.
• Create technical content, including documentation, blogs, tutorials, sample applications and libraries, to drive adoption of Company SDKs.
• Interact with the developer community to solve coding problems, provide debugging support, and share solutions via official Company Developer channels (forum, social media, ticketing system).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase ecosystem engagement, identify developer needs and business opportunities.
• Facilitate webinars and online events for the developer community.
• Analyze Developer Portal performance and engagement metrics to identify areas of improvements in the Developer Program infrastructure and offering.
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Manage backup, security and user help system.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions.
• Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
• 5 years of work experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineering, software consultant, etc.) or equivalent technical experience.
• 3 years of experience as a technical expert/advisor in a developer community.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with mobile ecosystems (Android, iOS).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging technical content and communicate effectively.
• Experience in handling and operating systems (such as Salesforce) for forum management and developer program operations.
• Korean speaker required.

• Strong technical background (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field and relevant work experience).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging technical content.
• Deep understanding of the developer program and community components, with the ability to identify and address developer needs as well as proactively learn new systems.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $58.00 - $60.00 /hour
. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
