You weave stories with meaningful insight from data, and make critical recommendations for engineers and product managers.

In this role, you will develop a unified, holistic view of hydration and health across the entire You Tube ecosystem. Your primary mission is to establish the standards for what healthy growth looks like, monitor product areas for performance, and proactively surface critical trends to leadership. You will deliver cross‑platform insights that guide major business and product investments, create new frameworks for measuring growth, diagnose unhealthy trends, and translate data into clear, actionable narratives.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and other factors such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education ontrollers. • Perform analysis using SQL, Python or R. Use comprehensive technical knowledge, custom data infrastructure, or existing data models.
• Design and analyze rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses, translating results into clear recommendations for engineering and product partners.
• Develop and standardize a comprehensive suite of horizontal growth metrics and health indicators across all major You Tube product and feature areas.

• Build and prototype analysis and business cases iteratively to offer insights elop comprehensive knowledge of Google data structures and metrics.
