Roles and Responsibilities

• Own delivery OKRs for all Core AI initiatives, ensuring programs are executed on schedule, meet quality and reliability standards, and achieve committed outcomes.

• Define, track, and report program‑level OKRs and KPIs (e.g., delivery predictability, milestone health, risk burn‑down, dependency management) to ensure transparency and accountability across Core AI.

• Build, hire, mentor, and lead a high‑performing TPM organization, with clear people OKRs focused on capability growth, leadership development, and retention.

• Drive execution excellence by establishing operating mechanisms (planning cadences, reviews, escalation paths, and postmortems) that improve delivery velocity and execution efficiency.

• Align engineering, product, research, and business leaders around shared OKRs to ensure Core AI moonshots translate into measurable business and platform impact.

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 10+ years in Engineering leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, capable of convincing and aligning executive‑level stakeholders.

• Ability to identify technical disconnects and propose top options for resolution while taking ownership of driving alignment.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Relevant certifications in program management and technology are advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑evolving environments.

• Strong capability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

• Proven experience navigating and driving outcomes within complex, matrixed organizational structures.

• Sharp focus on proactive risk identification, rapid decision‑making, and a fail‑fast, learn‑fast mindset.
